Team building means different things to different people and usually incorporates mental strategies with physical challenges. Mondello Park takes the above formula and injects a little engineered adrenaline to create its Accelerate! program. A FUN filled and highly motivating day of activities designed to appeal to every member of your team.
AUTOTESTER CAR1
Negotiate a slalom course incorporating s-bends, roundabout and the box section. Using 1st gear, reverse and the handbrake to turn the car the objective is to get a clean run, gain maximum bonus points for your team with the fastest run and avoid point deductions for faults.
AUTOTESTER CAR2
As above but with a twist! Can you handle Left Hand Drive? How about with Reverse Steer? Oh Yes, and your passenger sits on the right hand side controlling the pedals and gear shift! Will you continue to the next challenge with any points at all? !!!
BLINDFOLD DRIVERS CHALLENGE
Listen to your team members and execute the team strategy in negotiating a slalom driving course while blindfolded! The Team will be scored on clean runs with points deducted for faults. All Team members get to drive. Just one thing, all team members must stay in the vehicle for this challenge!
4X4 CHALLENGE
Team work and observation are key here to securing a lead in the challenges as the teams negotiate our 4X4 off-road course. The objective is to complete the course in a designated time frame completing tasks and accumulating points. Lots of surprises! You will traverse Morris' Mud Bath, The Elephant Steps, The Duck Pond, The Ramp, The Rise, The Piano Keys, The Pit, The Tunnel, The Bridge, The Train Tracks, The Hill, The Embankment & The Descent. Guaranteed talking point at the end of the day!

ARCHERY CONTEST
The afternoon gives both teams and individuals a chance to shine and show their true determination and driving skills to secure the team win! Following a safety briefing our Team Ireland Instructors will coach you in the art of archery and lead you into a teams contest. Accumulate points with Bull's Eyes, Balloon Bursts & Cloud Shots.
RELAY TIME ATTACK!
The final challenge involves teams in relay going head to head using two pro-karts on a parallel course. Burst from the Start line to complete the quickest lap to the Finish line and hand over to your next team member in a relay to accumulate maximum points. We totally encourage jeering and cheering here to gain advantage. Which Team can handle the pressure and win the day!?
ROUND-UP & RESULTS
We complete the day with a light hearted yet focused look at how each team performed. With a little bit of poking fun we will tally up the points with the teams to find the winners. The winning team get a trophy and Mondello base ball caps.
